Job Summary
Press Shop Supervisor Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily production activities in the press shop- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and productivity- Lead guide and motivate production staff to achieve targets- Ensure product quality standards and safety procedures are followedIdentify production issues and implement corrective actions- Coordinate with maintenance quality and planning departmentsMaintain production reports and documentationEnsure proper utilisation of machines manpower and materials- Monitor machine performance and reduce downtime- Follow company policies and safety regulations
Required Skills
Good communication and team coordination skills basic knowledge of press shop operations and manufacturing processes. Problem-solving and decision-making ability Leadership and team management skills Understanding of quality standards and production targets Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Educational Qualification: Diploma / in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile: Experience in a press shop or sheet metal manufacturing. Basic knowledge of production planning and quality control. Strong teamwork and coordination ability. Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment
Experience:- 3-4 years in sheet metal Industries
