Job Summary

Regional Sales Development Manager – Hyderabad (GT)

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth in the General Trade (GT) channel and manage a team of on-roll sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned region
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Lead manage and mentor a team of 5–6 on-roll team members
  • Strengthen distributor network and ensure market expansion
  • Monitor market trends competitor activities and identify growth opportunities
  • Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes and promotional activities
  • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders
  • Track team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs

Requirements:

  • Graduate (MBA preferred)
  • Strong experience in General Trade (GT) sales
  • Proven experience in team handling
  • Good leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to drive business growth and manage targets
