Regional Sales Development Manager – Hyderabad (GT)
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Development Manager to drive sales growth in the General Trade (GT) channel and manage a team of on-roll sales professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned region
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve targets
- Lead manage and mentor a team of 5–6 on-roll team members
- Strengthen distributor network and ensure market expansion
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure effective implementation of trade schemes and promotional activities
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders
- Track team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs
Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA preferred)
- Strong experience in General Trade (GT) sales
- Proven experience in team handling
- Good leadership and communication skills
- Ability to drive business growth and manage targets
