Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain BRDs HLDs process flows and delivery artifacts supporting regulatory audit and risk reporting requirements.
- Partner with crossfunctional stakeholders to gather requirements facilitate meetings document decisions and track actions to closure.
- Analyze and integrate data from multiple risk and resiliency-related systems across the enterprise.
- Query analyze and present data using SQL and Python to support analytics initiatives and adhoc business requests.
- Build and enhance dashboards and reports leveraging existing Data Warehouse BI and analytics platforms.
- Ensure solutions are scalable repeatable governed and aligned with enterprise data and technology standards.
- Identify track and support resolution of data reporting and delivery issues in a timely manner.
- Mentor junior team members and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Participate in special projects and other assigned duties.
Knowledge & Skills
- 7 years of experience in data modeling and data visualization within Banking or Financial Services.
- Strong expertise in complex SQL and Python for analytics and reporting.
- Experience designing data models to support enterprise analytics and regulatory reporting.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar visualization tools preferred.
- Experience with Data Vault dbt sqldbm or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong communication documentation and stakeholder management skills.
Education
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Analytics or a related field; or equivalent proven experience.
- Degree from a Tier 1 institution preferred.
