KEY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The objective of an MIS (Management Information Systems) Executive is to effectively manage analyze and report on the organizations data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. The primary goals include ensuring accurate and timely data collection maintaining reporting systems optimizing business processes through data-driven strategies and supporting leadership with detailed performance analysis. An MIS Executive plays a key role in improving operational efficiency supporting strategic planning and enhancing overall Inspection business performance through informed decision-making based on comprehensive data analysis.

MAJOR DELIVERABLES:

Here are the key deliverables for an MIS Executive role:

- Daily weekly and monthly performance reports (e.g. sales operations productivity).

- Custom or ad-hoc reports based on specific business requirements.

- Real-time dashboards with KPIs for easy monitoring by management.

- Data visualizations to simplify complex data insights for decision-makers.

- Verified and accurate datasets for analysis and reporting.

- Maintenance of a single source of truth for business-critical data.

- Fully functional MIS platforms with minimal downtime.

- Timely updates and enhancements to MIS tools.

- Automated processes and workflows to improve efficiency.

- Reduced manual effort for routine data handling tasks.

Role Specifications

Educational Qualification:

12 Pass/Diploma or bachelors degree in any field.

Years and type of experience:

3 to 6 Years of experience
