Job Summary
Key roles & responsibilities:
Work with the Product Manager to convert the Product Roadmap into User stories/ detailed requirements. Prioritize these (with guidance from the Product Manager) to deliver outcomes that align with the companys objectives and strategy.
Analyze preferences and requests of end-users and work with the Product Manager to prioritize them.
Ensure that the user stories/ detailed requirements are clearly understood by the development team.
Support the developers with any questions that they might have during the development process.
Ensure that there is always a clear Definition of Done for every requirement.
Write acceptance tests that align with the definition of done.
Write clear release notes and communicate them to stakeholders.
Monitor the performance of released enhancements/ features and work with the development team on fixes / improvements.
Keep track of industry trends
Support the customer when issues concern the products in your area of responsibility.
Key Skills & Qualification:
5 years of experience as a Product Owner in the B2B segment
Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience in building a SaaS solution
Outstanding oral and written communication skills
