Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
Handle recruitment for shutdown projects in oil & gas/refinery industries.
Source screen and shortlist candidates through job portals social media and references.
Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
Schedule interviews follow-ups and onboarding processes.
Maintain a strong pipeline for high-volume requirements.
Handle candidate documentation and joining formalities.
Act as a bridge between clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements:
Experience in bulk hiring preferably in oil & gas/refinery shutdown projects.
Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in handling both clients and candidates.
