Job Description: HR Recruiter Bulk Hiring (Oil & Gas Shutdown Projects)
Job Type: Work From Home (WFH)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Summary:We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with strong expertise in bulk hiring specifically for shutdown projects in the oil & gas/refinery sector. The candidate should be capable of handling end-to-end recruitment processes and coordinating effectively with both clients and candidates.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.
- Handle recruitment for shutdown projects in oil & gas/refinery industries.
- Source screen and shortlist candidates through job portals social media and references.
- Coordinate with clients to understand manpower requirements and timelines.
- Schedule interviews follow-ups and onboarding processes.
- Maintain a strong pipeline for high-volume requirements.
- Handle candidate documentation and joining formalities.
- Act as a bridge between clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication.
- Experience in bulk hiring preferably in oil & gas/refinery shutdown projects.
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.
- Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in handling both clients and candidates.
Any Graduate
Experience:2 years in recruitment (bulk hiring preferred)
