Job Summary:
Linde Engineering India (LEI) is a well-known TEPC player providing Basic Detailed Engineering and EPC services for Natural Gas Processing order to cater to growing demand for conceptual and basic engineering services for such units we are in the process of strengthening existing team of process design engineers at India Vadodara location. A suitable candidate with comprehensive experience in Natural Gas Liquefaction Nitrogen Removal Helium Recovery and Liquefaction LNG regasification process design is desired.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for conceptual process design during Conceptual/basic/FEED engineering stages and typical activities would include.
- Process simulations based on inquiry documents design and optimization of overall plant configuration considering economics and life cycle cost.
- Preparation of process design deliverables for technical proposals incl. performance guarantees utility consumption summary etc.
- Development of process Design Basis in consultation with Owner/PMC.
- Deep understanding of equipment sizing such as Distillation columns column internals special heat exchangers etc.
- Preparation of process design deliverables such as process flow diagrams heat and material balance equipment process datasheets package unit specifications utility consumption summary etc.
- Effective communication and interface with various external agencies such as catalyst suppliers rotating equipment vendors etc.
- Participate and provide process insights during project reviews such as PFD P&ID HAZOP SIL 3D Model reviews.
- Evaluation of plant performance and participate in performance guarantee test runs.
- Analysis of existing plant process performance to provide suggestions for debottlenecking improvement in energy efficiency etc.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor or Master of Chemical Engineering
- Experience in developing simulation models using process simulators is a must
- Experience in conceptual / basic engineering of Natural Gas Liquefaction Nitrogen Removal Helium Recovery and Liquefaction LNG regasification plants
- Willingness to work in a multicultural team environment.
- A collaborative team player who is comfortable working with colleagues of diverse backgrounds and experience levels
- Must possess good communication interfacing and influencing skills.
Experience Requirement:
Overall 15-20 yrs (Out of which min 8-10 yrs experience in Natural Gas Liquefaction Nitrogen Removal Helium Recovery and Liquefaction LNG regasification). Candidate with strong Engineering background working with licensors/EPC contractors shall only be entertained.
