Job Summary

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead to drive the design development and

implementation of Salesforce solutions across our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive

Salesforce development experience coupled with strong leadership skills to guide and mentor a team of developers.

The role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Architecture & Development:

Lead the design and architecture of scalable and robust Salesforce solutions.

Oversee the development and customization of Salesforce applications ensuring best practices in coding and design.

Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions on Salesforce.

Integrate Salesforce with other systems (both internal and third-party applications) as required.

Team Leadership & Collaboration:

Provide technical leadership to the Salesforce development team.

Guide and mentor junior developers and ensure code quality through reviews and best practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts product owners and system admins to ensure seamless integration and implementation.

Champion the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices within the team.

Maintenance & Optimization:

Ensure the ongoing maintenance optimization and performance tuning of Salesforce applications.

Troubleshoot debug and optimize existing Salesforce solutions and integrations.

Stay updated on Salesforce product updates best practices and new features implementing them to enhance the system.

Governance & Compliance:

Ensure Salesforce configurations and customizations adhere to internal governance and compliance policies.

Maintain appropriate documentation for solution designs code and integrations.

Ensure data security integrity and privacy standards are maintained.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field.

Masters degree preferred.

Experience:

5 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex Visualforce Lightning Components).

2 years of experience in a technical lead or similar leadership role.

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Marketing Cloud and/or other Salesforce products.

Proven experience with integration tools like MuleSoft REST/SOAP APIs or similar technologies.

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer Salesforce Certified Technical Architect

(CTA) or equivalent certifications are highly desirable.

Key Skills:

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices architecture and development methodologies.

Hands-on experience with Apex Lightning Visualforce and Salesforce integration tools.

Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD version control etc.).

Ability to lead and mentor technical teams providing guidance on coding standards design principles and development workflows.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
