Lookingfor apositive upbeat solutions-oriented personality to serve as ourDigital Reputation Specialist specialistisresponsible formonitoring and responding toappreviews posted onmobileapp store reviewsitesandsocial media channels such as but not limited toX (Twitter) person will communicate with theappropriate managementteams to ensure issues and inquiries are handled quicklydiplomaticallyand effectively.
Responsibilities
- Managing high-profile accountson behalf of Caesars Sportsbook. It will be your job to personally manage the online presence of incoming property reviews.
- Interact withstakeholdersdaily to escalate any recurring issues or trends seen in multiple reviews.
- You will work autonomously to decide on the best course of response forthebrandreputation escalating to department management as needed.
- Utilize reporting tools to deliver monthly analytics reports tomanagementteam.
- Act as a strategic counselor to operations teams in monthly reputation meetings.
- Use ofan enterprise social mediatechnologyplatform (Sprout Social) for real-time responses to FacebookX and other official networksto rectify guest issues andmanageappreviewresponsethroughApple App Store and Google Play App Store.
- Ensure responses are asaccurateaspossibleand customer issues are addressed fully.
- Provide outstanding service through the written excellent grammar and spelling skills.
- Routes issues beyond the scope of their duties toappropriatedepartment andfollowsup to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Use discretionary decision-making and independent judgment todetermineresolutions when applicable.
- Provide customer support bydemonstratingsufficient product and industry knowledge.
- Must be proficient in navigatingthe internetand social media websites.
- Whennew informationis receiveddepartmentknowledge base is updatedimmediately.
- Creates a funcomfortableand professional work environment; free from negativity.
- Must have excellent communication and be able to get along well with co-workers/work as a team.
- Proficient with computers and able to learn multiple platforms quickly and efficiently.
- Must present a polished and professional appearance.
- Complete all tasks assigned bymanagementteam.
The salary range for this position is $43888 - $64220 USD which is dependent on a several factors including relevant experience geography business needs and market demand. Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Work experience in sports betting industry required
Copywriting experience a plus
- 1-3 years professional company reputation/social media experience preferred
EnglishCommunicationsor related college degree preferred
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Knowledgeof the sports betting ecosystem including responsible gaming considerations is preferred
- Must have a flexible schedule able to work weekends and holidays
- Adherence to regulatory departmental and company policies and procedures
