The role
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Singapore business strategy and annual revenue targets; drive business growth and enhance regional competitiveness.
- Lead institutional client acquisition and relationship management focusing on Chinese enterprises financial institutions and family offices.
- Monitor Singapores financial market and regulatory landscape; provide tailored asset allocation solutions and deepen client value.
- Manage develop and evaluate the regional team; build a high-performing team and strengthen business capabilities
Requirements
- Bachelors degree or above.
- 10 years of licensed experience in financial institutions with strong institutional client network and business development track record.
- Deep knowledge of Singapore financial regulations and asset allocation; ability to design independent business and service solutions.
- Strong team leadership negotiation and communication skills; result-driven fluent in English and Chinese committed to compliance.
