Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Service this role you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling service appointments for our clients. You will work closely with our service technicians and clients to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments for clients
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on service appointments
- Assign service technicians to appointments based on availability and skillset
- Monitor service technician schedules and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate records of service appointments and technician schedules
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Handle any customer inquiries or concerns regarding service appointments
- Identify and resolve any issues that may impact service delivery or customer satisfaction
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a scheduling or planning role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software
- Experience in the staffing or service industry is a plus
