Job Summary:
ALL IN ONE Employment is seeking a reliable and experienced Warehouse Specialist with forklift operation expertise to support daily warehouse operations. This role is critical to ensuring efficient inventory handling accurate order fulfillment and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Load unload move stack and stage products and materials
- Accurately pick pack and prepare orders for shipment
- Perform inventory counts and assist with stock management
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean organized and safe warehouse environment
- Follow all OSHA safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a forklift operator (certification preferred or required)
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience strongly preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs or more) consistently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with varying temperatures
- Physically demanding role requiring standing walking lifting and equipment operation
Schedule:
- Full-time
- Overtime may be required based on workload
