Salary 2026:

First summer: $15.50/hr
Returning seasonal employees: $16.00/hr

Positions will start mid to late May through mid to late August

Hours: 7:00-3:30 M-F with some flexibility for part-time options

Benefits include: PERA retirement

Summary of

Position

Maintain PSDs playgrounds athletic fields lawn and grass areas and parking lots.

Essential

Functions

Mow and trim grass/lawns/fields

Rake and remove leaves

Perform light pruning

Prepare and maintain athletic fields and tracks

Provide minor sprinkler and fence repair

Additional

Responsibilities

Weekend work as needed

Perform other job related duties as assigned

Education and Experience

No prior skilled trades experience is required

Required Knowledge Skills

and Abilities

Must be at least 15 years of age

Must be able to safely lift and carry at least 50 pounds

Flexible schedule through August

LicensesRequired

Drivers license preferred some positions may require a drivers license and a motor vehicle report and you may be asked to bring a MVR report upon interview.
