Our Concierge is the go-to person for our residents who is a vital part in the smooth operation of the resort. The successful candidate will therefore be required to assist in various areas of the resort and restaurant having more of a hands-on : Wed Thu and Fri 8:30am-4:30pm and Sat 07:00am - 3pmReporting to the Assistant Resort Manager you will be tasked undertaking a variety of concierge duties and responsibilities including:Providing a high level of customer service to our residents and guestsResponding to resident and guest enquiries and requestsDelivery of resident packages and room service mealDrive our 6-seater resident vanSet up and pack down of resident activitiesAssisting with production of weekly newsletter and monthly journalsGeneral administrative tasksContractor management including inductionsAssisting the restaurant team when requiredEnsuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every You:You will ideally have a background in hospitality or customer service have experience working in a reception concierge or administration role.
