At Westfield Marion were looking for a Concierge Attendant to join our energetic and inclusive teamwhere every day is about creating positive memorable moments for our customers.

As the friendly face of our centre youll help shape experiences that make our customers feel valued supported and excited to return.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
• Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
• Welcoming customers at the concierge desk engaging with them to understand their needs.
• Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.
• Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online inquiries.

This role is a casual position working across a dynamic 7-day rotating roster including late night trade weekends and public holidays.

• Friendly and approachable with a positive attitude and the ability to provide helpful and efficient customer service.
• Confident in engaging with a diverse range of people and comfortable initiating conversations.
• Ability to actively listen think on your feet and resolve customer issues.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in customer-facing roles (retail hotel or guest services).
• Availability to work flexibly across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays especially Thursday nights and weekends.
