Concierge Westfield Booragoon (Permanent Part Time)

At Westfield Booragoon were looking for a Concierge Attendant to join our team and help create positive memorable experiences for our customers every day.

As the friendly face of our centre youll play an important role in delivering personalised service supporting customer enquiries and ensuring every interaction leaves a lasting impression.

Day-to-day you will be responsible for:

• Delivering exceptional service to customers and retailers.
• Processing sales of Westfield Gift Cards and other available services.
• Welcoming customers at the Concierge desk engaging with them to understand their needs.
• Providing clear directions and recommendations to help customers navigate the centre.
• Managing administrative tasks such as lost property and online enquiries.

This role is a permanent part-time position working across a 2-week rotating roster including weekdays late trade and some weekends. Its ideal for someone who enjoys working with people takes pride in delivering great service and thrives in a busy customer-focused environment.

• Confident communicator with clear professional and engaging verbal communication skills.
• Proactive and solutions-focused with the ability to take initiative and resolve customer enquiries efficiently.
• Adaptable and able to remain calm organised and helpful in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using technology and systems to support customer enquiries and complete administrative tasks.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role (retail hospitality or guest services) is highly regarded.
• Flexible availability to work across a 7-day roster including weekends and public holidays.
