With a private wellness centre seamless access to Melbournes public transport and a lifestyle designed for those who value connection calm and the extraordinary Kennedy Place is more than just a have an exciting opportunity for a Concierge to join our dynamic team on casual basis. This Concierge is the go-to person for our residents who is a vital part in the smooth operation of the resort. The successful candidate will therefore be required to assist in various areas of the resort having more of a hands-on approach. Reporting to the Ardency Manager you will be tasked undertaking a variety of concierge duties and responsibilities including:Providing a high level of customer service to the residents and guests of Kennedy Place by ArdencyManaging reception duties and responding to resident and guest enquiriesMaintaining accurate data records and assisting with invoicingCoordinating contractor inductions and supporting EHS complianceConducting resident welfare checks and managing followups where requiredAssisting with production of weekly newsletter monthly journals and community communicationsContractor management including inductions Assist with day-to-day operational activities through different IT platformsDelivery of resident packages and room service mealSet up and pack down of resident activitiesEnsuring that a premium level of customer service is provided to our residents in every is a casual position and does not offer guaranteed or full-time hours. We are seeking applicants with the flexibility to work across all shifts on a rotational roster including weekdays and weekends. Availability to provide additional support for leave coverage is may include:Monday: 8:00am 4:00pmAfternoon shifts (Tuesday to Friday): 3:30pm 8:00pmWeekend shifts: 8:00am 2:00pm and 2:00pm 8:00pmTraining will be provided to the successful YouTo be successful in your application you will have the following;Administration and demonstrated customer service experienceDemonstrated experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) and ability to pick up new systemsExcellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse communityExceptional interpersonal skillswith an approachable personality that helps build trust and rapport with residents families and team membersBe highly organised and able to prioritise competing tasksDemonstrates outstanding personal presentation and reliabilityWillingness to learn and professionally developA professional initiative-taking and can-do attitudeTo have a current First Aid and CPR certificates Have current RSA or be willing to obtainReady to Join the FunIf youre passionate about fostering a vibrant and caring community for independent seniors wed love to hear from you!
