Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design and implement scalable automation solutions across the software development lifecycle. This role focuses on improving quality efficiency and reliability through automated testing frameworks and process optimization with a strong emphasis on Salesforce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Automation & Quality Engineering:

Design and implement scalable automation solutions to support quality assurance objectives
Identify process inefficiencies and implement automated controls to improve quality
Develop end-to-end automated testing scenarios across systems and applications
Define automation scope test coverage and validation strategies based on requirements

Testing & Validation:

Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies for functional and non-functional requirements
Create and maintain automated test cases for workflows validation rules and security models
Validate Salesforce configurations custom development and integrations
Perform hands-on testing and automation across multiple frameworks when needed

Salesforce & Platform Validation:

Implement automation for Salesforce components including Flows OmniStudio (OmniScripts FlexCards DataMappers) and custom solutions
Test and validate user interactions integrations and custom components
Ensure platform solutions meet performance security and compliance standards

Collaboration & Leadership:

Gather requirements from stakeholders and provide automation strategy recommendations
Act as a domain lead coordinating efforts across QA teams and third-party resources
Work closely with project managers and cross-functional teams to support delivery timelines

Compliance & Documentation:

Support audit-ready testing processes and compliance validation
Maintain documentation for test strategies automation frameworks and QA processes

Mandatory Qualifications:

7 years of experience working on complex IT projects
2 years in a leadership role as an Automation Engineer
3 years of Salesforce development experience (Service Cloud CRM or related platforms)
3 years of experience configuring and customizing Salesforce using declarative tools (Flows OmniStudio Validation Rules) and Apex/LWC

Preferred Qualifications:

Salesforce certifications (Administrator App Builder Advanced Administrator)
Experience with Salesforce data architecture (objects relationships schema)
Strong understanding of security models (profiles permission sets sharing rules)
Experience with automation tools such as Provar Selenium WebDriver or SmartBear
Experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC) from a testing perspective
Hands-on experience testing integrations and custom components
Experience validating OmniStudio components (OmniScripts FlexCards DataMappers)
