Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced System Integration Engineer to design and implement seamless integrations between business processes and IT systems. This role focuses on Salesforce solutions requiring strong expertise in requirements analysis system configuration and data integration to support enterprise-level applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to gather analyze and document business requirements
- Translate business needs into user stories and technical specifications
System Configuration & Development:
- Configure Salesforce applications including workflows validation rules security models and flows
- Collaborate with developers on Apex Visualforce and Lightning components
Process Optimization:
- Analyze current business processes and design optimized future-state solutions
- Utilize process mapping tools to improve efficiency and workflows
Testing & Deployment:
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and develop test scripts
- Coordinate deployments across Salesforce environments and sandboxes
Data Management & Reporting:
- Perform data analysis and ensure data integrity
- Develop reports and dashboards for business insights
Support & Documentation:
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing support
- Create user documentation training materials and release notes
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud Service Cloud Lightning Experience)
- Proficiency in declarative tools such as Flows workflows and validation rules
- Knowledge of Salesforce object modeling APIs and data integration patterns
- Experience with SQL and data management tools (e.g. data loaders)
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with process mapping tools such as Visio or Lucidchart
Required Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business and technical teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
Mandatory Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience working on complex IT projects
- 2 years in a leadership role as a System Integration Engineer
- 2 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and CRM platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field
- Salesforce certifications (Business Analyst Administrator or similar)
- Experience with CPQ Pardot or Salesforce Industry Clouds
- Hands-on experience with:
- Salesforce object modeling APIs and integrations
- Process mapping and workflow optimization
- UAT test planning and deployment coordination
