Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic clinic. This role involves working with a diverse patient population focused on improving mobility reducing pain and restoring function through evidence-based treatment plans.

Work Setting:

Outpatient Orthopedic Clinic
No floating required
Opportunity to participate in a travel team model within the network

Shift & Hours:

36 hours guaranteed per week
Expected to work up to 40 hours per week
Overtime must be approved prior to working additional hours

Patient Load & Productivity:

Productivity Expectation: 60 visits per week
Daily Caseload: 1214 patients per day
Double-booking of follow-up visits is expected

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
Educate patients on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage workload effectively in a high-volume environment

Requirements:

Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific)
Outpatient experience preferred
First-time travelers: Accepted
New graduates: Accepted
PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant): Not accepted
