Location:Float Coverage to Shippensburg PA & Chambersburg PA

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient clinic. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care across a diverse patient population primarily focused on orthopedic cases with opportunities to support nearby clinic locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of musculoskeletal and movement disorders
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve function and mobility
Monitor patient progress and modify care plans accordingly
Provide patient education on rehabilitation injury prevention and home exercise programs
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Patient Population:

Orthopedic cases (primary focus)
Vestibular rehabilitation
Work-related injuries (Workers Compensation)
Sports rehabilitation
Pelvic health

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license (state-specific requirements apply)
Outpatient experience preferred but not required
New graduates and first-time travelers are welcome to apply
Strong clinical communication and time-management skills
