The Data Center Supply Solutions team seeks a Technical Program Manager to own and evolve our Salesforce platform strategy. This role sits at the intersection of enterprise technology and large-scale infrastructure operations driving the programs that enable our supply chain and operational teams to work smarter and faster. Youll partner with engineering operations and business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce-based solutions that scale with the demands of AWS global infrastructure.
Key job responsibilities
- Own end-to-end program delivery for Salesforce platform initiatives across Data Center Supply Solutions managing scope schedule dependencies and quality from inception through launch and operation
- Partner with business stakeholders Salesforce developers and platform engineers to translate operational requirements into scalable CRM solutions and workflows
- Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering operations finance and supply chain teams to ensure Salesforce capabilities meet evolving business needs
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks across concurrent programs escalating blockers and driving resolution with urgency
- Define and track KPIs and SLAs for platform health adoption and delivery performance reporting program status and recommendations to senior leadership
- Establish governance frameworks and best practices for Salesforce platform development release management and data quality
- Evaluate the existing Salesforce landscape and technical debt identifying opportunities to consolidate modernize or extend platform capabilities
- Lead vendor and partner coordination where applicable ensuring delivery commitments are met and aligned with AWS standards for security and compliance
- Champion process improvement across the team building repeatable program management practices that scale as the organization grows

- 3 years of technical product or program management experience
- 2 years of software development experience
- 3 years of project management disciplines including scope schedule budget quality along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams building processes and coordinating release schedules
- Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
- 3 years of working directly with engineering teams experience
- Bachelors degree in engineering computer science or equivalent

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience qualifications and location.
