Chargeback Analyst II/Business Ops Analyst
Handle incoming chargebacks review supporting documentation perform research and enter representments for multiple networks on the acquirer side.
Process pre-arbitration cases on behalf of clients with minimal supervision.
Manage outgoing chargebacks to resolve cardholder dispute cases for issuing processing banks.
Process both issuer and acquirer exception items efficiently and accurately.
Maintain a high level of knowledge of Chargeback and Retrieval regulations for Visa Mastercard
and other applicable networks.
Assist with training others as appropriate.
Perform other tasks within the department assigned during review period.
Provide assistance and respond to inquiries from internal and external business partners.
