Position Overview
Navitas Partners LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Standards & Service Request Process Coordinator to support IT service delivery and software portfolio management functions. This role plays a critical part in managing the full lifecycle of enterprise software ensuring compliance streamlining service requests and enhancing overall user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of software assets and service requests
- Review business requirements and recommend standard software solutions
- Conduct compliance reviews prior to software procurement activities
- Reconcile software purchases post-procurement for accuracy and traceability
- Track manage and provision software licenses
- Maintain and update software portfolio within service catalog and asset management tools
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth request fulfillment and handoffs
- Support software review and approval processes at multiple organizational levels
- Document current and future-state business processes and capabilities
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows efficiency and user satisfaction
- Engage with stakeholders across business and IT teams
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Experience with IT service delivery and/or process management (1 year)
- Experience in software/service portfolio management (2 years)
- Background in business analysis metrics and reporting (3 years)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience (3 years)
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook Excel SharePoint Teams Acrobat)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with performance management (2 years)
- Strong understanding of process design and change management
- Ability to think strategically and take a holistic approach to problem-solving
- Experience engaging diverse stakeholders effectively
- Adaptable mindset with eagerness to learn and grow
