Join a globally recognised asset manager with a strong presence in emerging markets and a reputation for excellence in investment management. This is an exciting opportunity for an Operational Risk Analyst to join a high-performing team supporting the business in identifying assessing and managing operational risk across the organisation.

What you will be doing:

Supporting the capture analysis and reporting of operational risk events including near misses and loss data
Assisting with root cause analysis and tracking remediation actions
Facilitating Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and maintaining risk registers
Supporting the design and assessment of key controls and mitigation strategies
Producing operational risk reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders
Monitoring key risk indicators (KRIs) and identifying emerging risk trends
Contributing to the development and maintenance of the operational risk framework policies and procedures
Supporting training initiatives to embed a strong risk culture across the business
Assisting with operational risk systems data quality and process improvements

What we are looking for:

Up to 3 years experience in risk compliance internal audit or a related control function
CA(SA) or relevant qualification advantageous
Experience within financial services or a regulated environment
Solid understanding of operational risk concepts (risk events RCSAs KRIs controls)
Exposure to governance frameworks and risk systems/GRC tools
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage non-risk stakeholders
A proactive organised and collaborative approach
