Somnia Anesthesia is seeking aFull-Time Independent Practice CRNAto join our team at St. Josephs Medical Center. We are looking for a provider to anchor our mid-week coverage with a recurringWednesday First Call (24-Hour)shift. Annualized Salary (Based on Experience Inclusive of call stipends):

5 Years:$382500
25 Years:$373500
02 Years:$364500

Sign-On Bonus:$40000-$60000(dependent on time of commitment)
7 Week Unpaid Time Off
Provider is responsible for malpractice coverage (2mil/4mil)

Practice Environment

Facility:St. Josephs Medical Center (Stockton CA) A 355-bed regional hospital and Level III Trauma Center.
Schedule:Every Wednesday First Call (In-House 24 Hour).
Call Expectations:In-house shifts with post-call days off.
Balance:Remaining hours scheduled flexibly to ensure work-life balance.
Practice Model:Full Independent Practice.No medical direction.
Scope:Full scope of practice including regional anesthesia arterial lines central lines and high-acuity cases.
Team:Work alongside 14n physicians 30 independent-practice CRNAs and 24 resident physicians.
Case Mix:14300 annual cases including General Trauma Cardiac (800/yr) OB (3000 births/yr) and Interventional Radiology.
Academic:Work in a supportive teaching environment alongside the Anesthesia Residency program.

Qualifications:

Active California RN and CRNA License.
Motivated to practice independently in a supportive collaborative academic environment.
