Heidelberg Materials is one of the worlds largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9000 employees. We are currently seeking a Sr Area Operations Manager II to join our team in Houston TX.
What Youll Be Doing
- Lead operational excellence across multiple ready-mix concrete sites to drive safety quality and productivity.
- Develop guide and empower teams to achieve strong performance and continuous improvement.
- Optimize operational processes production planning and resource utilization.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams customers and community partners.
- Champion compliance sustainability and responsible operating practices across the area.

- Education: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent combination of skills knowledge and capability.
Work Environment
Work is performed in both office and operational settings including outdoor and industrial environments. This role requires travel between sites and the ability to work in varied weather conditions and around heavy equipment.
