A day in the life

These workshops are highly interactive requiring you to guide discussions challenge assumptions and ensure teams apply the methodology correctly.

Preparation often includes reviewing site reliability data selecting relevant case studies and ensuring the right stakeholders are present to make the sessions productive.
Outside of workshops you review completed RCAs and FMEAs providing coaching and feedback to improve investigation quality and ensure corrective actions are actionable and sustainable. You also conduct periodic audits to verify that sites are following standard processes and timelines.
