The Intelligence Solutions Integrator is a mission-critical role within the Data Capabilities Division (DCD) responsible for bridging the gap between complex intelligence data architectures and operational requirements. This role leads the integration governance and dissemination of all-source intelligence across U.S. and multinational networks (JWICS SIPRNET BICES etc.). The Integrator ensures that tactical and operational commanders have a Common Intelligence Picture (CIP) by synchronizing Army G-2 INSCOM and Intelligence Community (IC) data efforts while facilitating seamless information sharing with bilateral and multilateral foreign partners.
This position is contingent upon award.
- Data Architecture & Governance: Execute data lifecycle management including data warehousing quality management and metadata standardization in accordance with ICD 501 and ICS 500-21.
- System Integration: Adopt deploy and maintain infrastructure and platforms that sustain the Unified Data Environment (UDE) and the Army Intelligence Data Platform (AIDP).
- Bilateral/Multilateral Interoperability: Lead efforts to deconflict intelligence data requirements and enhance C2ISR architecture understanding between U.S. forces and coalition partners.
- Team Leadership: Manage and oversee subordinate teams conducting intelligence planning collection processing and dissemination tasks.
- Cross-Domain Operations: Oversee the secure transfer of semi-structured and unstructured intelligence products across multiple security domains and network pairings.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Represent Army Intelligence at IC/DoD data councils working groups and acquisition forums to define Army-wide data requirements.
- Technical Documentation: Draft and maintain high-precision Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Data Sharing Agreements (DSAs) and Data Integration Approval Forms (DIAF).
- Operational Support: Provide embedded support to Corps ASCC or JTF G-2 elements to identify and remedy intelligence access and dissemination gaps.
Requirements
Education
- Must possess a Bachelors degree with 10 years of experience in an intelligence discipline OR an Associates degree with 12 years of experience in an intelligence discipline.
Years of Experience
- Requires a minimum of 4 years of demonstrated experience leading a team and managing work tasks of subordinates in intelligence planning collection processing or dissemination.
- Requires a minimum of 4 years of specialized experience in data integration support including data governance architecture warehousing metadata management and data discovery.
- Must have demonstrated experience working with bilateral or multilateral partners in intelligence information sharing or system interoperability.
Security Clearance & Access
- Must possess an active TOP SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility based on a Special Background Investigation (SBI).
- Requires the ability to attain and maintain special access/compartments: SI-G TK KLM-R HCS and NATO SECRET.
- Must be eligible to obtain and pass a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph examination within 10 business days of indoctrination.
Certifications
- Must possess or obtain DoD 8140.01 (formerly DoD 8570.01-M) Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level II certification (e.g. Security CE or equivalent) within 30 calendar days of indoctrination.
- Must successfully complete Government-provided Data Transfer Agent (DTA) training and pass the examination within 21 calendar days of indoctrination.
Citizenship & Residency
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess a valid U.S. unrestricted passport for OCONUS travel requirements.
