Capital Ford of Raleigh is seeking a dynamic customer-focused and results-driven Business Development Center (BDC) Sales Representative to join our growing team.In this fast-paced role youll be the first point of contact for prospective customers helping turn inbound leads into valuable sale opportunities. If you thrive on building connections love delivering excellent customer service and are motivated by results this could be the perfect fit for you.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Respond promptly to incoming leads via phone email text and online inquiries
- Manage and prioritize leads to ensure timely and consistent follow-up
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs preferences and vehicle interests
- Provide information on available inventory dealership services and current promotions
- Highlight vehicle features benefits and value propositions to generate interest
- Schedule appointments and connect customers with the sales team
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the CRM system
- Collaborate with BDC team members sales staff and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Stay informed on dealership inventory promotions and market trends
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What Were Looking For:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service required
- Automotive dealership or BDC experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent phone and virtual customer engagement skills
- Strong sales instincts with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
- Experience using CRM systems and sales-related software
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
- Self-motivated and driven to meet or exceed performance goals
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Adaptability in a fast-paced evolving workplace
