The Opportunity:
As a Technical Trainer in Activ8 you will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programmes focused on solar PV system installation maintenance and safety procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive training programmes for Solar PV Installation which includes theory & practical learning.
- Deliver hands on training focused on installation techniques safety protocols and equipment handling.
- Assess and certify trainees through evaluations ensuring their knowledge meets industry standards.
- Work closely with cross functional teams and foster a positive working relationship.
- Coordinate with equipment suppliers for specialised training sessions.
- Regularly update training programmes Incorporate new technologies industry trends & regulatory changes while staying current with industry standards.
- Introduce new training methods to enhance learning experiences and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in delivering Technical Training & Instruction with a proven ability to develop and deliver effective training programmes would be an advantage.
- Strong technical expertise in either Electrical or Roofing industries.
- Trade qualifications would be desirable.
- Experience in solar PV system installation maintenance and troubleshooting will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey technical information to trainees of various skill levels.
- Adaptability and continuous learning to stay current in industry advancements new technologies and evolving training methodologies.
