Civmec has an exciting opportunity for experienced Commercial Fit-out Project Manager to be involved in and assist the structural buildings team in delivering Perth Park - WAs premier entertainment and sporting precinct. This landmark project will deliver world class facilities including multi-use buildings an outdoor amphitheatre and a multi-use track redefining Perths entertainment and recreation landscape.

The Role
- Lead the endtoend delivery of a premium design and construct commercial building scope ensuring program budget quality and safety outcomes are consistently achieved.
- Drive project schedule procurement strategy and resource planning to keep works progressing efficiently and on time.
- Manage site teams subcontractors and suppliers fostering a highperformance culture and maintaining strict compliance standards.
- Maintain strong communication with clients architects and consultants ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee all contract administration including head contracts subcontracts variations and claims.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant WA regulations codes and safety requirements.
About You
To be successful in the role you will possess the following:
- Proven experience in delivering commercial projects (ideally $50m).
- Strong commercial capability across budgeting forecasting procurement contract management and scheduling.
- Proven leadership in managing onsite resources logistics and highend finishes.
- A trade or tertiary qualification in Construction Management Engineering Architecture or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills a collaborative leadership style and a commitment to safety compliance and quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external.
