The Strategy & Operations (S&O) team works closely with NetApps top executives. This role is focused on On-prem Enterprise Storage Business Unit and ensures that the group is focusing on the right priorities and executing well on top goals. The team is playing an active role in NetApps Core Storage related strategic decisions in defining and driving greater operational rigor across the business to accelerate our pace of execution.
As an intern you will join a highly entrepreneurial and talented team from top management consulting firms and professionals in Enterprise IT. We focus on Strategic planning Defining and driving execution towards the key priorities Exec reviews Rhythm of business Resource management Operational excellence and ensuring the success of critical cross-company initiatives. You will play a role in defining market opportunity and driving multiple cross-functional programs managing the relationship with several top executives across the company. This position provides unparalleled senior executive exposure and is often the avenue to unique Strategy & Business Operational and Product Management roles at NetApp.
Strategic projects and initiatives
A proposal for Subscription based licensing of Storage Products
Building Strategic plan for transforming NPI process using GenAI tools
Job Requirements
Proven structured problem-solving skills and building excellent presentation/decks skills
Strong ability to effectively operate in a quickly evolving environment
Strong data analysis skills using tools like spreadsheets and functional dashboard skills
Strong collaboration exceptional verbal communication and stakeholder management
Roll up your sleeves attitude and growth mindset
Education
- Must be enrolled in an educational or professional program through summer 2026 or later.
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business or an MBA with a focus on STEM-related coursework.
