Pega Business Analyst

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Pega Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions on Pega-based applications. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders developers and QA teams to gather requirements define workflows and support delivery of scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes and identify improvement areas
Collaborate with Pega developers to design and implement solutions
Create user stories process flows and business requirement documents (BRDs/FRDs)
Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning grooming and reviews
Support testing teams by validating requirements and assisting in UAT
Ensure solutions align with business goals and compliance requirements
Required Skills:
Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Pega projects
Good understanding of Pega BPM Case Management and workflows
Experience in requirement gathering documentation and stakeholder management
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
Strong analytical and communication skills
Preferred Skills:
Pega certification (e.g. CSA CSSA)
Experience in Healthcare domain
Familiarity with APIs and system integrations
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or related field
