Job Summary
Body Shop Assistant Manager/ Estimator
Capitol City Ford a Ford dealer in Indianapolis since 1984 is looking for a body shop assistant manager. We are looking for someone who has body shop experience and aspires to become our future body shop manager.
- Greet customers and assist them with any inquiries they may have
- Perform vehicle walk arounds and document any concerns
- Consult with insurance companies on applicable repairs
- Keep the customer and the insurance company informed on completion times expenses and possible changes
- Remain involved with delivery of vehicles to customers upon completion to assure all customer concerns can be addressed
- Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries whether phone or in person to assure the customer does not get mishandled
- Spend quality time building a relationship with customers and insurance companies

Requirements
- Hard working with an energetic personality
- Prior experience working with customers and providing an exceptional experience
- Prior collision estimating experience is a huge plus
- Have or be able to acquire the required certifications
- Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency
- Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record
A reliable consistent work history and a clean drug test are required.
