Were growingand were looking for a driven hands-on 2nd Shift Senior Production Supervisor to help lead the way.
What Youll Do
As a key leader on the production floor youll set the tone for performance safety and teamwork. This is a high-impact role where your leadership directly drives results.
- Lead coach and inspire a team to meet (and exceed) production goals
- Keep operations running smoothly by planning organizing and directing daily activities
- Champion a safety-first culture and ensure a clean organized work environment
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvementreduce waste boost efficiency and elevate quality
- Train and develop team members to grow skills and performance
- Tackle challenges head-onresolving bottlenecks and keeping production on track
- Manage schedules attendance and time-off requests
- Lead daily shift meetings to align the team and communicate priorities
- Handle performance management and corrective actions when needed
- Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless operations
What You Bring
Were looking for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and isnt afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- 3 years of leadership experience in manufacturing or assembly operations
- Proven ability to lead motivate and develop hourly teams
- Strong sense of ownership urgency and accountability
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with confidence
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
