- Create a fun and safe learning environment
- Follow schedules and routines to ensure adequate physical activity rest and playtime
- Maintain the health and safety of all students
- Must have a high school diploma
- 1 years of childcare experience
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Maintain required state regulatory training hours
- Knowledge of Minimum Standards for Child Care Centers
- Knowledge of child development for ages infant toddler and preschool
