Job Description
Our Dining Room Lead Servers are part of a team that is responsible for the flow of service from the kitchen to the residents in our 5-star Dining Room.
Tuesday through Saturday 11am-7pm
Responsibilities
- Lead a team during service assigning roles and working with the Dining Room Supervisor for continued success
- Serve food with professionalism and knowledge of basic food offerings and menu content
- Keep restaurant properly cleaned and set up to meet resident expectation
- Dishwashing duties during shift as needed
Qualifications
- 1 Year in a lead server role
- Knowledgeable in team leadership roles
- Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure and fast-paced work environment
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Communicate effectively in English
