What we offer you
You will fill the position of Marketing and Communications Coordinator for Spain and Portugal. This is a permanent contract with Hydro a leading multinational company in the aluminum sector. Full-time position.
What you will be doing
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will be responsible for developing implementing and overseeing marketing and communications strategies in Iberia within the region in a highly technical B2B industrial environment specifically in the aluminum and extrusion industry.
Their mission will be to strengthen brand positioning support the sales team promote high-tech products and solutions and ensure communication consistency with corporate standards.
Requirements and technical skills
Education: Degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration Industrial Engineering with a specialization in marketing or a related field.
Additional training in industrial or digital marketing will be considered an asset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and communications within B2B industrial environments. Experience in the aluminum metallurgy materials manufacturing automotive or engineering sectors is highly valued. Experience coordinating activities across multiple countries or matrix environments is essential.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (CRM automation email marketing platforms web analytics).
Experience in generating technical and commercial content.
Ability to manage industrial events and liaise with specialized media.
Fluent English (C1 level). Other languages are a plus.
