Job Summary
Remuneration: Basic Salary R12000.00 R16000.00 (dependent on experience) Commission (based on sales performance)

Our client is seeking an experienced Parts Sales Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive parts sales excellent customer service skills and a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

- Assist customers (internal and external) with parts inquiries and sales
- Accurately identify and source Ford parts
- Process orders quotations and invoices efficiently
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery
- Monitor and manage stock levels where required
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Handle telephonic and counter sales professionally
- 2-3 years minimum proven experience as a Parts Sales Executive in the automotive industry dealership environment
- Previous Ford experience will be highly advantageous
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems
- Good track record with contactable references
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Computer literate (experience with parts systems preferred)
