What Well Bring:

The Project Management team for Project Eagle is responsible for planning coordinating and delivering complex cross-functional initiatives that support TransUnions strategic transformation and integration efforts. The team partners closely with Technology Operations People and Business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time within scope and aligned with PMO governance standards. This work is critical to enabling scalable growth and operational stability across LATAM.

Reporting Line:

This team reports into the Project Management organization under the leadership of Leon Hoek Director of Project Management.

What Youll Bring:

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities:

Plan organize and deliver assigned Project Eagle initiatives on time within scope and budget.

Develop and manage project plans schedules resource forecasts and financial tracking.

Lead cross-functional teams across Technology Operations People Ops and Business.

Identify assess and mitigate risks issues and dependencies; maintain RAID logs.

Manage scope changes change requests and implementation activities.

Provide clear project reporting to stakeholders and leadership.

Ensure project documentation and governance artifacts are complete.

Support organizational change through disciplined project delivery.

Required Technical Skills:

Microsoft Excel Word Project Visio Teams SharePoint.

Project scheduling and dependency management.

Governance RAID and status reporting.

Required Knowledge & Experience:

5 years of project management experience.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

PMO and structured project management frameworks.

Cross-functional enterprise project delivery.

Risk and change management experience.

Impact Youll Make:

LATAM regional delivery experience.

Familiarity with Workday or enterprise systems.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
