We are searching for a talented Building Superintendent Sr
Hours: 40hrs
Shift: Day shift 7:00am - 3:30pm with on call rotation (weeknights weekends and holiday)
Location: Cancer Center - Fairhaven MA

**Available to regular status employees who are scheduled to work a minimum of 24 hours.

Responsibilities
Qualifications
- Associates degree in related field preferred or equivalent of five (5) years of Facilities related experience required; three (3) years experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Working knowledge of basic Microsoft applications including MS Word Excel and Outlook required and experience with Computer Maintenance Management Systems is required.
- Experience with the general operation of building systems and Building Management Systems.
- Capable of reading a schematic drawing of MEP systems and construction drawings.
- Appropriate current HVAC and/or Plumbing licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
- Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID 19 virus or to be exempt from the requirement for medical or personal reasons by signing a statement certifying you are choosing to be exempt from vaccination once hired
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
