Commercial Concrete Superintendent

Location: Pontiac

Seeking an experienced Commercial Concrete Superintendent to oversee field operations on large-scale commercial foundation and structural concrete projects. This leadership role requires managing crews maintaining safety and quality standards and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

• Lead daily field operations including layouts formwork rebar installation and concrete pours.
• Supervise foremen laborers finishers and subcontractors across multiple job sites.
• Monitor project schedules productivity and quality standards.
• Enforce workplace safety regulations and safe work practices.
• Interpret blueprints drawings and project specifications.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Resolve field issues and maintain effective communication between field and office teams.

• 8 years of commercial concrete construction experience.
• 3 years in a Superintendent or field leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial foundations and structural concrete.
• Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and solving field-related issues.
• Proven ability to manage construction schedules and field operations.

• Base Salary: $100000$150000
