ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER FRAGRANCE (MULTIBRAND)
Luxury Retail / Field Sales Selfridges Birmingham
As Assistant Business Manager Fragrance you will support the Fragrance Business Manager in driving sales excellence across a portfolio of iconic Coty fragrance brands. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences lead by example on the shop floor and ensure excellence of execution within a global beauty leader.
THE ROLE

As ourAssistant Business Manager Fragrance you play a critical role in supporting sales performance and elevating brand presence across a multibrand fragrance portfolio. You will help deliver commercial targets represent Coty brands with professionalism and passion and ensure the highest standards of service and execution instore.
You will be reporting to theFragrance Business Manager and you will manage:
Drive sales performance
- Support the delivery of monthly sales targets
- Deliver against agreed KPIs
- Maximise selling and upselling opportunities
Represent Coty brands
- Act as a brand leader across a multibrand fragrance portfolio
- Protect and elevate brand equity instore
- Adhere to Coty uniform and grooming guidelines
Build strong relationships
- Develop trusted relationships with customers
- Work closely with retailer staff and store management
- Collaborate effectively with the Coty instore team
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As anAssistant Business Manager Fragrance you enjoy selling engaging customers and supporting team performance across multiple fragrance brands.
You are confident on the shop floor and thrive in a fastpaced diverse and customerfocused environment.
- Experience and knowledge within the fragrance industry (collection experience beneficial)
- Strong sales background working towards KPIs and targets
- Passion for fragrance and luxury brands
- Ability to build strong relationships with retail teams and customers
- Nearnative level of English
