ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER FRAGRANCE (MULTIBRAND)
Retail / Field Sales Birmingham
As Assistant Business Manager Fragrance you will support the Fragrance Business Manager in driving sales excellence across a portfolio of iconic Coty fragrance brands. You will deliver outstanding customer experiences lead by example on the shop floor and ensure excellence of execution within a global beauty leader.
THE ROLE

As our Assistant Manager Fragrance you play a critical role in supporting sales performance team leadership and operational excellence across a multibrand fragrance portfolio. You will help drive commercial results protect brand equity and ensure the highest standards of execution customer experience and team engagement.
You will be reporting to the Area Manager and you will manage:
Drive sales & customer service
- Support the Business Manager to coach and motivate the team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain company benchmarks on ASP sales mix and split
- Support fair distribution of targets across the team (daily weekly monthly)
- Deliver Cotys customer service ceremony with every customer
- Build strong customer relationships and consistently upsell
Lead excellence of execution
- Lead by example as a brand ambassador protecting Coty brand equity
- Ensure full compliance with VM merchandising uniform and grooming guidelines
- Maintain strong commercial awareness of Coty performance competitors and market share
- Plan and execute customer events in line with brand standards
- Ensure accurate completion of monthend payroll and feedback processes
Support team & operations
- Support the Business Manager in developing and managing the team escalating issues where needed
- Build strong relationships with retailer staff management agency staff and mobile consultants
- Maintain excellent communication with the Area Manager
- Use Coty systems and iPad tools for reporting communication and VM guidelines
YOU ARE A COTY FIT
As anAssistant Business Manager Fragrance you enjoy selling engaging customers and supporting team performance across multiple fragrance brands.
You are confident on the shop floor and thrive in a fastpaced diverse and customerfocused environment.
- Experience and knowledge within the fragrance industry (collection experience beneficial)
- Strong sales background working towards KPIs and targets
- Passion for fragrance and luxury brands
- Ability to build strong relationships with retail teams and customers
- Nearnative level of English
