ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Drive the advancement ofEstanebusinessobjectivesby overseeing thepilot linerun
- andtransition of new product developments into commercial and implement Lubrizols Most Effective Technology (MET) to enhance our processes. Utilize Process Technology to achieve continuous improvements in theEstaneTPU manufacturing operations inAPAC.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Champion theEstanebusiness strategy by executing regional initiatives under theEstaneTPUBusinessTechnology Plan (BTP)utilizingtheLubrizol stage-gate model(PPMP)andmanagingthe scale up of new products/process.
- Define and implement Most Effective Technology (MET) forEstaneTPU processtechnologyproblems through processfundamentalexplorationDOEand adoption of new technologies equipment and methodologies
- Lead the project management ofstrategicProcess Technology projects.
- Collaborate effectively with multifunctional teams including R&D scientists process engineers account managers and product management to deliver successful scale-up on new and existing products.
- Ensure strict compliance withall internal and external Lubrizol HSE policies and standards.
- Develop and implement data-drivenprocessesto improve the manufacturing process and deliver enhanced safety increased productivity and reduced costs.
- Applyextensive process and technologyexpertiseto serve asanAPTPU processexpert promoting best practices and leveraging maintainingclosecollaboration with the global processtechnologyfellow team.
- Design execute analyze anddocumentontechnicalresults providing clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION EXPERIENCE SKILLS:
- Skills Experience and Qualifications:
- Advancededucationdegreein chemicalengineeringPolymermaterials andEngineeringor other related majors.
- Minimum of3years of experience in Chemical or Polymerindustrywitha focused experienceon processoptimization/developmentand product technology development.
- Experience with process simulation software (e.g. Aspen Plus CHEMCADMATAB) anddatastatistical analysis using Minitabis a plus
- Demonstrated success in delivering technology enhancements and process optimizations.
- Excellent communicationskills and interpersonal skills with fluency in both oral and written English to collaborate effectively across global/regional teams.
- Strategic vision to identify prioritize and capitalize on process optimization opportunities.
