Position: Executive Assistant to the CEO
Location: West Heidelberg (with flexibility across Holstep Health locations)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant to provide strategic and proactive support to the CEO. This role brings structure to priorities keeps actions moving and ensures a strong focus on what matters most.
You will be a trusted partner to the CEO. You will anticipate needs streamline communication and help connect leadership decisions with frontline outcomes making this an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced values-led environment and wants to contribute to meaningful community-focused impact. The role will also work closely with the Company Secretary and Board playing a key role in supporting executive operations and governance.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and Company Secretary ensuring they are well prepared and briefed
Manage the CEOs diary inbox and priorities coordinating scheduling and competing demands
Coordinate stakeholder communication maintaining strong and professional relationships
Prepare high-quality reports presentations agendas and meeting minutes
Support Board and Committee processes including papers meetings and action tracking
Proactively identify issues and implement solutions to keep priorities on track
ABOUT YOU:
Experience supporting a CEO or senior executive ideally with Board exposure
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
High level of discretion judgement and professionalism
Proactive solutions-focused and able to work with autonomy
Strong attention to detail including experience preparing minutes and reports
Advanced Microsoft Office skills and confidence using technology
