Responsibilities:

  • Monitor plant operations to ensure all systems are operating within expected conditions.
  • Prepare HSE and related documents for work execution.
  • Coordinate and Implement O&M Procedures and Maintenance standard plans with EDPR staff and Service contractors and ensure the implementation on site to guarantee the maximum level of Safety and Efficiency in the operation and maintenance of the assets according to EDPR standards.
  • Liaise and coordinate with HSE officers subcontractors suppliers and logistics partners for timely work completion.
  • Manage O&M inventory to ensure key equipment and materials are available.
  • Provide relevant inputs to Back Office team and Clusters Leads to submit equipment warranty claims.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations under asset Manager and Cluster Lead supervision.
  • Fulfil the maintenance policies set by the management of all assets to achieve the objectives and optimize the cost-benefit balance.
  • Conduct quality assurance and quality checks on ongoing projects to ensure compliance with standards.
  • Support testing and commissioning activities for newly installed projects.
  • Continuous engagement with the relevant Stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Mechanical Engineering Renewable Energy or a related discipline
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship or project experience in power utilities or renewable energy is an advantage
  • Understanding of plant operations maintenance practices and HSE (Health Safety & Environment) standards
  • Strong interest in renewable energy and field-based operations (e.g. solar PV systems asset operations)
  • Able to read and interpret technical drawings manuals and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Good coordination and communication skills to work with internal teams contractors and external stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for safety quality and compliance
  • Willingness to travel to project sites and work in outdoor/operational environments when required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint); familiarity with monitoring systems or data tools is a plus
