The Job:
As a Finance Manager youll be part of our Tools & Outdoor Global Supply Chain Finance team working as an onsite employee at our plant in Willard OH. The Finance Manager reports to the Plant Controller and supports Stanley Black & Deckers Willard OH manufacturing facility which is a key site within the companys North American operations. Youll get to:
- Supports core financial routines for the Willard manufacturing site including actuals forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Analyzes and interprets plant performance evaluating variances and assessing the impact on site results.
- Drives cost and cash performance at the Willard plant in alignment with global manufacturing standards.
- Collaborates cross-functionally with local supply chain and operations teams to drive financial performance.
- Assesses capital needs and supports capital prioritization for the Willard facility in partnership with manufacturing leadership.
- Provides scenario modeling and ad hoc analysis in a business case format to support decision-making at the plant level.
- Leads and/or participates in performance reviews with Willard operations leadership.
The Person:

- Bachelors Degree in Finance; CPA or MBA a plus
- 5 Years Finance experience supporting operations
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish Languages is preferred
- SAP and HFM experience is a plus
