Job Title: Nutra Account Manager

How Youll Make an Impact

As a Nutra Account Manager youll be at the forefront of our innovation driving growth and strengthen relationships with strategic accounts and our North America distributor. This role focuses on developing new commercial opportunities managing key partnerships and delivering exceptional customer service in the nutraceutical market. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the Nutra industry and proven B2B sales experience.. Youll collaborate with a diverse group of passionate individuals to deliver sustainable solutions to advance mobility improve wellbeing and enhance modern this role you will drive the following areas:

  • Strategic Account Management:Build andmaintainrelationships with strategic accounts and the North America distributor; develop account-specific strategies to achieve businessobjectives.
  • Sales Growth & Account Development:Identifyand pursue upselling cross-selling and new solution opportunities across brands CDMOs and nutraceutical markets to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Customer & Market Insights:Capture customer requirements and market trends using CRM tools; collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
  • Market Intelligence:Monitorindustry trends competitor activities and regulatory changes;providestrategic insights to management.
  • Product Expertise:Develop deep knowledge of Lubrizols nutraceutical offerings and applications to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Contract Negotiation:Negotiate pricing terms and contracts to ensure profitability whilemaintainingsuperior customer service.
  • Sales Reporting: Track and report on opportunity pipeline and sales forecasts; take proactive measures to meet financial goals.

Required Qualifications that Enable Your Success

  • Bachelors degree inBusiness Marketing Chemistry or Engineering.
  • Minimum3 years of experiencein sales marketing or business development.
  • Proventrack recordas a true hunter consistently driving new business development and aggressively pursuing opportunities to expand market share.
  • Proven B2B sales capability and excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to travel up to40% (mostly domestic).

Preferred Qualifications that Drive you Forward

  • Strong network within theNutra industry in North America(Brands CDMOs Innovators).
  • Experience withnutraceutical ingredientspreferred.
