Job Summary

In addition to spreading joy youll ensure all guests receive excellent service from check-in to check-out. A lot goes into creating a perfect hotel stay and youll play a huge role in making that happen. Were looking for someone ready to OWN the front desk.

This is a part-time position offering 1624 hours per week with availability required 23 days per week. Most shifts will be PM with some AM shifts based on availability. Each shift is a full 8-hour workday.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver a refined and personalized guest experience from check-in to check-out
Maintain a gracious composed and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful recommendations on local dining entertainment and cultural experiences
Accurately and discreetly manage transactions and guest accounts
Utilize property management systems and technology with efficiency and precision
Handle guest inquiries and concerns with care discretion and a solutions-oriented approach

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred (36 months or more)
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
A natural ability to connect with guests while maintaining professionalism and discretion
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask under pressure
A genuine passion for delivering elevated service experiences

When Youre Here:
